About Wrestling With Virtue
Wrestling With Virtue is a wrestling program geared for students Kindergarten thru 12th grade.

We instruct students in wrestling techniques to be successful on the mat;
but also in lessons of the virtues to lay a foundation for success in all aspects of their lives.

Wrestling With Virtue was born of out of a perceived need for character education in
the lives of our young athletes so that as they develop their athletic abilities,
they also develop their character as individuals.
This year-round program focuses on wrestling techniques in the neutral, top and bottom positions with drills being performed each session at all levels: novice, intermediate and advanced.
We also set aside time to teach students goal setting and time management skills.

At Wrestling With Virtue, we end each session with a talk and discussion on the virtues
and we close with prayer. These regular sessions last one and a half to two hours.

Coach Krenzelak has coached at three levels: high school, middle school and elementary
and has developed this wrestling and character education program which is unlike any other.
Wrestling With Virtue also provides regular opportunities for wrestlers to experience
other types of marital arts through camps and regular sessions with special guest coaches
and speakers that are nationally and internationally known.
