We all get them. Kids. Adults. It's normal. It's healthy. It's our mind and body telling us it's time to get ready for battle - the battle against ourselves. But HOW do we get ready?


We PREPARE IN ADVANCE. This is something we talk about a lot at WWV. We work hard every day so we know when the moment comes we are READY. But is that enough?


Even when we have prepared, we still breath faster, our mind races, our stomach has butterflies. Olympic athletes get into close to a state of meditation when they are about to compete. Read this great article for tips from Olympic level athletes on how they deal with the stress of competition.
